* Add gv-setters for compiler hints
* lisp/emacs-lisp/comp.el (comp-hint-fixnum, comp-hint-cons): Add
gv-setters so type hinted expressions can be used as places.
Read we can now have like: '(cl-incf (cl-the fixnum x))'.
