Update Loading chapter of Emacs manual.
* doc/emacs/loading.texi (Loading): Don't emphasize "library" terminology.
(Library Search): load-path is not a user option. Mention role of
-L option and packages. Improve examples.
(Loading Non-ASCII): Don't mention unibyte Emacs, which is
obsolete.
(Autoload): Minor clarifications.
