Port dest-mountpoint test to suspicious bwrap
* test/lisp/emacs-lisp/bytecomp-tests.el:
(bytecomp-tests--dest-mountpoint): Skip test if bwrap prohibits
even ‘true’, which it does on my Ubuntu 24.10 platform.
