Update to new DataChannel API.
New WebRTCLibDataChannel class act as PacketPeer.
Old WebRTCPeer (now WebRTCPeerConnection) now allows you to set
configuration (STUN/TURN) and creating multiple data channels.
Fixed many bugs and implemented most of the missing API.
