Refresh menus in gnus.texi
Fixes problem reported by Po Lu <luangruo@yahoo.com>. * doc/misc/gnus.texi (Top, Starting Up, Article Treatment) (The Gnus Diary Library, Searching, nnmairix): Refresh menus.
