Fix some instances in the Emacs manual with misleading prefix syntax

* doc/emacs/glossary.texi (Glossary):
* doc/emacs/fixit.texi (Spelling): Fix some instances where the
syntax seems to imply we're talking about a prefix key (bug#50792).
