Add new user option 'read-minibuffer-restore-windows'
* doc/lispref/minibuf.texi (Text from Minibuffer): Document it
(bug#45072).
* lisp/cus-start.el (standard): Add.
* src/minibuf.c (syms_of_minibuf): New variable
'read-minibuffer-restore-windows'.
