Improve git diff hunk headers for .el, .texi
Problem reported by Alan Mackenzie in:

* .gitattributes (*.el, *.texi): New patterns.
* autogen.sh: Configure diff.elisp.xfuncname and
diff.texinfo.xfuncname if using Git.
