Fix an infloop in CC-mode (Bug#7595).
* progmodes/cc-cmds.el (c-forward-over-illiterals): Continue
parsing if we encounter a naked # (Bug#7595).
(c-beginning-of-statement): Avoid loop in locating the beginning
of a macro.
