Unbreak M-x eldoc
The command should always invoke Eldoc when called interactively,
instead of going through the usual checks, which are performed to
avoid interference with other commands.
* lisp/emacs-lisp/eldoc.el (eldoc-print-current-symbol-info): Rework.
