* character.h (STRING_CHAR, STRING_CHAR_AND_LENGTH): Remove
ignored second argument. All callers changed.
* regex.c (STRING_CHAR, STRING_CHAR_AND_LENGTH, RE_STRING_CHAR)
(RE_STRING_CHAR_AND_LENGTH): Likewise.
* xdisp.c (string_char_and_length): Likewise.
