Autoload more carefully from Lisp. Follow aliases for function properties.
* lisp/subr.el (autoloadp): New function.
(symbol-file): Use it.
(function-get): New function.
* lisp/emacs-lisp/macroexp.el (macroexp--expand-all): Use function-get and
autoload-do-load.
