Fix python-font-lock-keywords-maximum-decoration performance regression
* lisp/progmodes/python.el
(python-font-lock-keywords-maximum-decoration): `symbol-name'
should not be quantified by a `+' as it is redundant and performs
very badly (bug#44572).
