Remove arbitrary limit on bytecode maxdepth
* src/bytecode.c (exec_byte_code): Remove MAX_ALLOCA-based limit
on bytecode maxdepth, by using SAFE_ALLOCA_LISP instead of alloca.
pipeline is fuller.
