Info footnote fontification and navigation.
* lisp/info.el (Info-next-reference-or-link)
(Info-prev-reference-or-link): New functions.
(Info-next-reference, Info-prev-reference): Use them.
(Info-try-follow-nearest-node): Handle footnote navigation.
(Info-fontify-node): Fontify footnotes.
