* xml.el: Protect parser against XML bombs.
(xml-entity-expansion-limit): New variable.
(xml-parse-string, xml-substitute-special): Use it.
(xml-parse-dtd): Avoid infloop if the DTD is not terminated.
* test/automated/xml-parse-tests.el: Update testcases.
