Support showing directory in shell command prompt
* lisp/simple.el (shell-command-prompt-show-cwd): New defcustom.
(async-shell-command, shell-command): Show current directory in prompt
when above option is non-nil. (Bug#4987)
* etc/NEWS: Announce it.
