* src/frame.h (SET_FRAME_VISIBLE): Keep frame_garbaged up to date.
* src/xterm.c (handle_one_xevent) <MapNotify>: Don't garbage the frame.
* src/frame.c (frame_garbaged): Make "docstring" more precise.
