Fix = propagation semantic for constrained inputs
* lisp/emacs-lisp/comp-cstr.el (comp-cstr): Synthesize
`comp-cstr-shallow-copy'.
(comp-cstr-=): Relax inputs before intersecting them.
* test/src/comp-tests.el (comp-tests-type-spec-tests): Add three
tests.
