htmlfontify generate autoload to non-versioned file.
* lisp/Makefile.in: Add htmlfontity-loaddefs to autogenel.
* lisp/hfy-cmap.el: Update file local.
* lisp/htmlfontify.el: Remove autoloads, add require.
* test/lisp/htmlfontify-tests.el: Test autoload functionality.
