; cperl-mode: Eliminate fallbacks if font-lock isn't loaded
* lisp/progmodes/cperl-mode.el (cperl-find-pods-heres):
Eliminate conditionals which always evaluate to true if
font-lock is preloaded (since Emacs 22.1). (Bug#45183)
