Add validation to wasm2wast (#516)
* Modify Location so it can reference a binary file offset
* Set node locations in BinaryReaderIR
* Modify SourceErrorHandler to print text or binary locations
* Convert backslash -> slash in wasm2wast filenames
Also move the duplicated code into common.h. It would be good to clean
this up into a Path class at some point.
