Add symbol resolution to wasm-link (#271)
Symbols exported by one module can now be consumed
by another module at link time. Imports that can
be resolved at link time are removed the output.
Any unresolved imported remaining in the output
binary are considered and error unless the -r flag
is passed.
Also split binary reading logic out of wasm-link.c
into its own binary-reader-linker file.
